Returns Management

You can freely return the products you have purchased, within 14 days from the date of delivery, by filling out the form and following the instructions below.

ITALY

In Gianni Calzature you can choose between different ways to make your return:

You can use the Punto Poste network, consisting of 10,000 tobacco shops or affiliated stores and 350 lockers distributed throughout the country.
Click here to find the pickup point or locker closest to you.
You can deliver the package to one of the 12,000 Post Offices.

Shipping costs €6.00 which will be deducted from the order refund.

How to prepare the package

After completing and submitting the form, our staff will send you by email the return label, which you will have to print and deliver together with the package.

You can safely reuse the original package, the important thing is that it is completely closed and that it is not broken.
